Plan on showing up at Township Park to participate in various activities from a walk on the beach, run on the beach, volleyball, to the "Spartan 110" for you more advanced exercisers: Spartan 110 is a run down the stairs across the beach, back up the stairs and 10 burpees at the top...do that 11 times= the Spartan 110..110 burpees...yikes. And at the request of the "old and out of shape" club, there can be a spectator area for cheering on the others. (bloody mary and mimosas optional)

Dawn Zappitelli, principle at CHS will give a tour of the school. There will be representatives from SPARC there to inform the group of the great things they are doing for the city and the school. We are welcome to tour the new stadium afterward if people wish to do that.
