An information email will be coming out this weekend. If you have not provided me with your home email address in a while, please do so ASAP so I can be sure you have the information. My email address is nancy.gresham@nokia.com or reply thru this website. The cost is not set in stone yet, but it will be in the vicinity of $80-$85 each. I would like to make available other activities to do Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It would be great if you can plan to be here for the weekend. If you have some ideas of fun stuff to do here as a group, please let me know. If you think you might attend, please let me know now, either thru this website or my email address above. We have given a tentative headcount to the hotel of 100.

Rooms will be set aside at the Westin - the cost is $159 + taxes. There are other hotels in the immediate area of the Westin too.
