About	My first crush, my first Rose Theatre date as a goofy 4th grader. We "doubled" with Joed and Dave. Scotty held my hand.....I thought I'd die! For the rest of his life, Scott(y) was a member of my family. He lived at my Moms house in California, off and on for years. They were the very best of friends and confidants. When Scott went back to Colfax for a reunion....I think 20 year, he and his former class mate, Janie Benson, fell head-over-heels in instant, absolute forever love with one another. Their meeting and romance played out like a perfectly-scripted movie....Two of the dearest, most inward-and-outwardly beautiful souls floated together and danced. I miss my friend and wish he were here with his son and his lovely lady, Janie.
