James Johnston '58 said:

Salvatore was my best friend from 4th grade through high school. We hung out together and fished together. After HS we went our separate ways and I reconnected with him a few years ago and saw him a few more times. went to our 10th reunion in 1968 and he was about to get married. We even visited Mr. Orey our 7th grade teacher in PS 4. Salvatore got sick and went into a home and I lost touch. I'm saddened by the loss of another long time friend.
