Michelle was a 2004 graduate. She spent two years studying art and Theatre at Butler Community College. During that time, she competed in a few local pageants to help earn scholarship money. In 2006, she pregressed to the state level, and was crowned Miss Kansas 2006. She represented our state at the 2007 Miss America competition and spent a year travelling across the state giving lectures at Kansas schools on the importance of healthy families and relationships. She was married to her high school sweet heart Caleb Loss ( also a graduate of 2004 ) and they now reside in Towanda Kansas. More information and photos can be found at www.misskansas.org.
