What is Ajak Magot known for?

Born on March 3, 1992, South Sudan native Ajak Magot is a celebrated alum of Cholla High School in Tucson, Arizona. After his high school career, he stood out as a leading basketball player for Idaho State from 2013 to 2015. His towering height of 6ft 11in helped him command the center position on the court.

Following his college career, Magot began his professional playing career in 2015. He was signed by H.R. Portviejo, a team in the Liga Ecuatoriana de Baloncesto, the top professional basketball league in Ecuador, where he played from 2016 to 2017. He currently dominates the court as a center for Arino Basket Termoli, a professional basketball team based in Italy.

Ajak Magot didn't only make a name for himself in club basketball but also represented his home country on a grand scale. He played for the South Sudanese National Basketball Team in the FIBA AfroBasket 2017 qualifiers, showcasing his talent on an international platform.
