About William A. Kolker, age 79, of Auburn passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at his Auburn home.

He was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 18, 1938 to Carl and Rita (Litkowski) Kolker.

Mr. Kolker honorably served his country in the United States Navy from June of 1956 to June of 1959.

He married Kari (Daggy) Kolker on November 28, 1987 in Downers Grove, Illinois.

Mr. Kolker has worked for over 55 years in the manufacturing of high temperature industrial fans and blowers. He served as the vice president and general manager of Industrial Gas Engineering (IGE) and vice president of Sheldon Manufacturing both in Illinois. For the past 23 years he was owner and president of Advanced Fan Engineering in Auburn.

His wife; Kari Kolker of Auburn.

Son and daughter-in-law; Cary and Theresa Kolker of Hilliard, Ohio.

Son and daughter-in-law; Todd and Bridget Kolker of Naperville, Illinois.

Daughter and son-in-law; Colette and Gordon Hartmann of Middleton, Wisconsin.

Daughter and son-in-law; Kim and Steve Palmer of Bartlett, Illinois.

Son and daughter-in-law; Jon and Chris Petersen of Naples, Florida.

Son and daughter-in-law; Daniel and Sharon Petersen of Phoenix, Arizona.

14 grandchildren.

Brother and sister-in-law; Raymond and Kumsil Kolker of California.

Sister; Janice Desabris of Florida.

Sister; Connie Kolker of Arizona.

Sister and brother-in-law; Donna and Tom Patterson of South Dakota.

Brother; Lawrence Kolker of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Sister-in-law; Sharon Kolker of Michigan.

Several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother; James Kolker.

A memorial mass will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 3:30 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 500 East Seventh Street in Auburn.

Officiating the memorial mass will be Father Tim Wrozek.
