About	Edward Jeffrey Heise, a lifelong resident of Charlevoix, passed away unexpectedly on April 12th 2022 at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit at the age of 57. Jeff is survived by his mother Jane V. Heise Stoner, his children Clay, Jane and Chloe Heise, his grandchildren Riot, Bryce and Sterling Heise, and his brother and sister Thomas Heise and Lorrain Heise Warner. He is predeceased by his father Edward Heise. Jeff was born in Charlevoix on January 25 1965 to Jane V. Heise Stoner and Edward Clayton Heise. He graduated from Charlevoix High School in 1983 and furthered his education at Eastern Michigan University. He graduated from Eastern in 1991 with a Bachelor's Degree in social science. In April of 1994 Jeff and Maclyn Harshman Kelley welcomed their first born, Jeffrey Clayton Heise. In August of 1997 they welcomed their second born Laurel Jane Christine Heise. And in December of 2000 they welcomed their third and final child Chloe Michelle Heise. Jeff spent his years as a devoted father and teacher with a huge passion for music. He enjoyed writing his own songs and playing his guitar. Jeff loved to adventure through stories with his nose always in a book. Jeff will be deeply missed by his friends, family and anyone that had the pleasure of knowing him. The dates for his celebration of life are still to be determined.
