Hello, my name is Tracy Kelly and I'm a Detective with the Lowell Police Department. One of my jobs is to monitor pawn slips and activity. A Lowell resident recently sold a Charlestown High class ring at a Pawn shop. The ring says Anthony Class of 92 on one side and Captain 84 on the other. It is also engarved A.G.S on the inside. The male who sold it is not Anthony and was born in 1993. I'm trying to locate the rightful owner. I can be reached at 978-837-3243 and my email is tkelly@lowellma.gov
