Date: August 15-16th, 2008 There will be a meet and greet on Friday the 15th - place TBA a family picnic on the 16th (no alcohol at this event please) 16th evening time will be our formal dinner/dance etc. at Doubletree Hotel (formerly Hawthorn Park, even more fomerly Sheraton) at the corner of Kearney and Glenstone. There is a room block 10 rooms each night for $89.00 a night, so they will fill up fast. Now if we go over those 10 rooms you still get the discounted rate it's just those rooms are guaranteed to us.
