| About Me | After graduating from Carson-Newman with a BS in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry, I attended St. Mary's School of Laboratory Medicine. I worked in Nashville from 1973 - 1980 at Vanderbilt Medical Center and was Education Coordinator of the Laboratory at the Adventist Hospital in Madison, TN and worked at Nashville State Technical College. In 1980 I moved to Bristol, TN to become the Medical Laboratory Coordinator for Bristol Regional Medical Center and Virginia Intermont College. In 1996 Bristol Hospital and Holston Valley Medical Center merged and formed Wellmont Health System.
