About	Lee Bryan DeVries passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 6, 2003. He was 31. Lee was born in Huntsville, Alabama on January 31, 1972 - One of two boys. Lee graduated from CDO in 1990, and received his bachelor's degree from ASU in 1995. An accomplished athlete Lee received numerous awards and accolades including the Golden Helmet Award in football, State Championship in wrestling, as well as All-CIty and All-State honors in both sports. Lee continued his athletic interests in college where he wrestled for ASU. Sports were a big part of his life, but his true passion was his family and many friends that he loved very much. Lee was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Lyle DeVries. He is survived by his mother, Theresa of Chandler, Arizona; his brother Russell , sister-in-law Erin, nephew Reese and neice Ryan of Richmond, Virginia; his Great Aunt Jean DeVries of Bigfork, Minnesota.
