Reunion 9/15/18 Important Updates and Changes:
Hi to all classmates,
Our reunion is quickly upon us and we look forward to seeing and talking with everyone attending. First of all, want to apologize to those of you who have already let Rosie know your plans. This email includes a few changes/updates to times.
Friday, September 14th--
--The tour of the school is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Anyone who hasn't contacted Rosie, let her know if you plan on attending--Principal Lucas will need to know how many guides to have for our tour. Weather-permitting we will have a group picture done so wear your blue/gold. Please meet Rosie in the school parking lot, she will have Blue & Gold Balloons.
--Everyone is welcome to join in with a casual gathering at Adams Ribs, 2200 Solomons Island Rd (Rt 2/4) Prince Frederick, MD 20678 at after the tour or if you can't make the tour, please join us at approximately 5:00 p.m. for drinks of any sort, appetizers, or dinner. We have arranged for separate checks as the cost will be "on your own" (not included in reunion price) Again, let Rosie know so she can update them if we need more space or servers.
--If you can't join us for the school tour or gathering at Adams Ribs, maybe you & your family can cheer on your school's Varsity football game at 7p.m. They are playing Huntingtown (first home game of school year for Calvert). The cost is $5.00 per person and children under 6 are free (cost not included in reunion price). Alumni will be recognized during halftime.
Saturday, September 15th--
--Some classmates will be meeting in the hotel bar at 4:00 p.m. and everyone is welcome to join us. Banquet room doors open at 5:00p.m. for registration, dinner at 5:30p.m.
--UPDATE - TIME CHANGE--The reunion was scheduled for 5-9 p.m. but we have arranged to have it extended until 10 p.m. The DJ will continue to spin our favorites and the bar will stay open. Feel free to stay and join us during the extended time.
-- If you are thinking of reserving a room, you have until this Saturday, September 1st to do so, and remember to use the code CVL. Dinner will begin at 5:30. Please arrange to arrive in time to get everyone registered and seated.
