About	Terry James Parker, 53, of Burlington, died at 4 p.m. Saturday November 14th at his home. Born October 26 1945, in Burlington, he was the son of Robert Edward and Mary Elizabeth Wells Parker. On November 24, 1978 he married Roberta Drafahl in Las Vegas. Mr. Parker worked as a systems analyst for General Electric in Burlington for 33 years. He was a 1964 graduate of Burlington High School and attended Iowa Wesleyan College for 3 years. He was a member of the National Guard. He was of the Protestant faith. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and was an amateur radio enthusiast. Survivors include his wife, one daughter, Stephanie Parker of Burlington; one stepdaughter, Laura Nickols of Burlington, his mother of Burlington, two brothers, Bradley Parker and Steve Parker, both of Burlington, two sisters, Jan Zajac of Chesterfield, MO and Patty Scott of Farmington, MO; and nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his father. There will be no formal visitation. Friends may call at Prugh's Chapel after 2 p.m. today. The funeral for Mr. Parker will be at 10:30 am. Wednesday in Prugh's Chapel, with the Rev. Ron Presley officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetary.
