DaVonte Lambert is a highly recognized American football player known for his resilient defensive skills and is currently playing for the Arlington Renegades in the XFL. Born on the 23rd of June, 1994, in Keysville, Georgia, Lambert graduated from Burke County High School in Waynesboro, Georgia, where he kickstarted his football journey.

His professional career began with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2016 after being undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft. His time with the Buccaneers, however, was marred by injuries and he was eventually waived by the team in 2018.

Following his stint with the Buccaneers, Lambert played with the St. Louis BattleHawks of the XFL in 2020. His journey with the BattleHawks was short-lived, as his contract was terminated when the league suspended operations.
