About Trent Edward Gronholz died unexpectedly on May 2nd, 2021 at his home in
Duluth, Minnesota.

Trent was born November 7th, 1979 to Curt and Deb (Steinbach) Gronholz
in Faribault, Minnesota.

He graduated in 1998 from Brainerd High School and obtained a robotic
degree from CLC Staples Minnesota.

Trent always lived life to the fullest and acquired many friends in the
Biking, Retail, Manufacturing and Telecommunication industries along the way.

Trent will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by his parents Curt and Deb of Nisswa; his brothers Cole (Kari) of Edina, Justin (Laura) of Nisswa, Christian (Ali) of Duluth; his aunts JoAnn (Roger) Gunderson of Kettle River, Linda of Breezy Point, Deb (Crystal) of Pillager, Jolene (Mike) Connors of Webster, WI., Paula of Pillager; his nieces Maija, Evie Rose, Matilda; and his nephews Chase, Brecken, Cullen, Boden, Killian, who he embraced as if they were his own. Also left to share his memory are many cousins and friends.

Trent was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Edward and Sandy Steinbach of Le Center, paternal grandparents James and Mary Gronholz of Nisswa, aunts Mary Kay Steinbach, Beata Gronholz, cousin Michael Schmidthuber, and nephew Ahren Gronholz.

A celebration of Trent’s life will be held at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church in Nisswa, on June 12th with a visitation from 10am-11am. The funeral Mass will start at 11am with a luncheon to follow at Nisswa Community Center. Internment will be held at a later date.
