About	Cassandra Marie Flynn-Rakos June 21, 1988 - June 29, 2009 Cassandra Marie Flynn-Rakos left us in body but will never be missing from the hearts and souls of the ones she truly touched. She passed on June 29th in an unfortunate accident in Bourne. Cassy was born in Wareham on June 21st, 1988.She just had her 21st birthday. Cassy was a vibrant, emotional child right from the start. She had a beautiful smile and sense of humor. She was always looking after people and helping out. Cassy loved music and photography, she wanted to travel and experience different things; check everything out. Cassy graduated from Bourne High School in 2006 and went to college at Fitchburg State, her future plans were to travel and figure out her next plan. Visitation was at the Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd in Bourne, MA Her graveside service was held Friday July 3, 2009 at 10 AM at the Sagamore Cemetery, Sandwich Rd. Rt6A Sagamore. Following the graveside service a Celebration of Cassy’s life was held at the Point Independence Yacht Club in Onset. Memorial contributions can be made to the Buzzards Bay Beautification Group, PO Box 455 Buzzards Bay, and Ma 02532 to raise new banners along Buzzards Bay Main St. Cassy was the youngest member of this group and felt very strongly about the group’s mission. Cassy was also very involved with the Point Independence Yacht Club and was Miss German American of New England
