About	Obituary for Dean G. Christie Dean G. Christie, 92, of Naples, FL passed away March 10, 2015. Born in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of the late George and Harriet (nee Lagios) Christopulos. Dean graduated from Bourne High School in 1940, attended Worcester Academy and was a graduate of Babson College. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corps, entering in 1943 and serving as a bombardier until his discharge as a 1st Lieutenant. Dean was the founder and President of Christie Food Products, Inc.; a member of Les Amis D’Escoffier Society of Boston; Confrerie De La Chaine Des Rotisseurs, Baillage De Boston; the Massachusetts Epicurean Club, a member of the Institute of Food Technologists; Massachusetts Restaurant Association, Babson College Alumni Representative-Class of ’43; a member of Charles River Country Club, a member of Pleasant Valley Country Club and an Associate Member of the PGA Tour. Dean loved spending time with his family and friends. He also loved golf and played until he was 92 years young. To know Dean was to love Dean, he was one of a kind. Funeral services and inurnment was private.
