About	Hyannis Jennifer M. (Moore) Lawson, 54, died unexpectedly April 14, 2001 while working at her store in Hyannis. Mrs. Lawson was born in Elizabeth, N.J., and attended Bourne schools, graduating from Bourne High School. For the past 15 years, Mrs. Lawson worked at Cape Cod Hospital where she had been employee of the month. She had previously worked for various insurance agencies in the Cape area. Mrs. Lawson was the former owner of Danielle's, a hat shop, and a Jacob's Ladder, a religious book store, both in Hyannis. At the time of her death, she owned Simply J's, a fine apparel store on Main Street in Hyannis. She was member of the Church of the Firstborn in Hyannis where she was church treasurer. She had received an award for being active in prayer and support for the southern churches that were victims of arson. Funeral services were held at New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church in Hyannis.
