About	Birth: December 4, 1939, Wareham, MA Death: November 4, 1966, Carver, MA Stanley's parents were Cyril "Steve" Adelbert Jacobs and Doris Ida Flint. Stanley married Patricia Ann Gallagher on January 4, 1966 and later that year, at age 27, he died as a result of injuries occurring in a vehicle accident. Stanley was a former Senior Patrol Leader in the Boy Scouts Troup 49, Buzzards Bay and he was an active member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church-on-the-Canal in Buzzards Bay. Stanley's funeral service was held on November 7, 1966 at St. Peter's Church. The church has a plaque in his memory located in the area inside the front door. It reads: "The Sculpture of the Fisherman is given to the Glory of God in loving memory of Stanley Jacobs – a parishioner of St. Peter’s who died in 1966."
