Blacksburg High School Alumni

Dear Alumni,

BHS will be dedicating the new football field to Coach Crist on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 1:30 PM. We will be hosting Lord Botetourt and will begin the dedication at approximately 1:15 PM. We would love to have as many football players, managers, cheerleaders and any other alumni attend the game. Game tickets will be $5.00. They are usually $6.00 so you will need to tell them at the gate you are an alumnus to get this price.

After the game there will be a social at Custom Catering with heavy hors d’oeurves and a cash bar. We will begin at Custom Catering at 5:00 and will have a short program beginning at about 6:00. The cost for the evening will be $18.00 per person. The rest of the evening will be for visiting and fellowship with each other. The class of 1990 will also be celebrating their 20 year reunion of the State Championship team at this time and more information will come from Eddie Sloss on that.

We certainly hope you will be able to attend. All of you are such an important part of Coach Crist’s life and he is looking forward to visiting with you.
