About	David Wayne Medley, 47, of Charlottesville, passed away Friday, July 4, 2003. He was born February 17, 1956 in Bluefield, W.Va. a son of the late Ernest Eugene and Lorretta Fleeman Medley. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Gary Eugene Medley. He was employed at Jefferson Supply Company for the past 1 1 years. He was known to have many close friends. He was a hard worker, a truly great and caring father and someone who always had a warm smile to give. He was easy to talk to and always willing to lend a helping hand. He is survived by a son, Duntin Allen Medley of Charlottesville; two sisters, Diana Medley Fielder of Charlotte, N.C. and Judy Medley of Ohio; and a step-daughter, Shannon Powell Schwab. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2003 at Nortonsville Church of God. Interment will be private at a later date. Arrangements by Ryan Funeral Home, Quinque, Va.
