About	Richard Charles, 52 (Limbo) a long time resident of Bay City passed away September 14, 2000. Mr. Charles was born October 27, 1947 in Bay City to the late Louis Charles and Enedina J. Charles. He graduated from Bay City High School in 1968. He then enlisted in the U. S. Navy. He is survived by sons, Richard Charles, Jr., Johnny Charles and wife Candy, Gilbert and Joshua Charles all of Bay City; four grandchildren; one daughter, Jessica Charles of New Braunfels, Texas; mother, Enedina J. Charles; brothers Edward Charles, David Charles, Arthur Charles, Joe Charles, Arnold Charles all of Bay City and Louis Solis of Wharton; sisters, Virginia Jimenez of Wharton, Irma Villarreal, Diana Rodriguez, Eva Garza, Gloria Vasquez, and Anna Charles all of Bay City. He was preceeded in death by his father Louis Charles; brothers, Gilbert Charles, Steven Charles; sister Yolanda Charles; nephew Alfredo (Freddie) Gutierrez. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home Chapel and burial will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery at 2 p.m. Visitation will be Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pallbearers are to be Jesse Cordoba, Gilbert Charles, Lupe De La Rosa, Randy Charles, Louie Rodriguez, Gilbert Charles, Richard Charles, Jr., Arthur Villarreal and Porfy Rodriguez. Honorary pallbearers are to be Jesse Villarreal, Rene Sedillo,, Joe Rodriguez, and Santos Garza.
