She is survived by her parents, Kirby & Madelyn (Phillips) Dismukes; husband, Tony Poncik; children, Jennifer Rodriguez & husband Jeramy and Jason Hurley; grandchildren, Dominique Rodriguez and Madysen Rodgriguez; sister, Paula Davis & husband Larry and mother-in-law, Anne Poncik.
