About	Sandra "Sandy" Mulligan, 54, of Katy died March 25, 2002 at Memorial Southwest Hospital in Houston. She was born September 18, 1947 in Bay City to Jack Allen and Irene Ashcraft Starr. Sandy was a member of the Church of Christ and a former longtime resident of Bay City. She was a retired clerk with Matagorda General Hospital. Survivors include: husband, Patrick Mulligan of Katy; mother and step-father, Irene and Leon Lehmann of Bay City; aunts, Mary Ann Wood of Houston, Grace Anderson of Sugar Valley, Maxine Gibson of Bay City, and Mary Elizabeth McMinn of Duncanville; uncles, Wyatt Ashcraft and Clyde Ashcraft both of Van Vleck; and numerous cousins. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2002 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Mr. Roy Hatch officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard DeLeon, David PeVey, Louis Ziegenhals, Howard "Skipper" Carroll, Dwight Mathis and Alan Spears.
