Found in Lake Bastrop

1986 woman's ring, blue stone w/ "B" on top. Initials are TCW. Looks like it has a microscope and a paint pallet on the one side. Just want to return it to the person who lost it. Please reply to bearpauly@hotmail.com if you have an idea how I can return it.
