William A. Brown
Class of 1958
William A. Brown Sr, class of 1958 recently received the the Society of American Military Engineers "Golden Eagle Award for outstanding accomplishments in the field of engineering. The Award is presented by the SAME College of Fellows and is one of the higest awards givenin the field of engineering. Bill was the former senior civilan in the US Army Corps of Engineers where as the Deputy Director of Military Construction he directed a annual worldwide $10B construction program. He as received numerous honors and awards and is the only African American inducted into the Corps of Engineers Gallery of Distinguish Civilians. He is currently Executive Vice President of Page Southerland Page, LLP, an international architecture, engineeering and planning firm.
