Bernado de Galvez Statue Project

The Sons Of American Revolution is undertaking a project to erect a statue of Bernado de Galvez at Menard Park on the seawall. This is a great opportunity to be a part of Galveston History. It's a shame that there is no statue of this Revolutionary War hero since Galveston was named after him. Check our website at galvezstatue.org for information. We need all Galvestonians support to make this happen.
