About	Vivian Armstrong was the librarian at Avonworth High School for many years. She died peacefully July 2, 2019, at home in Plano, TX at the age of 93. She is predeceased by her husband Nelson Armstrong, Jr., and son Scott. She is survived by daughters Kim Maurer of Plano, TX and Holly Armstrong of Fair Oaks, CA; grandsons Steven Maurer of Plano, TX and Jesse Armstrong of Ford Cliff, PA; great-granddaughter Kimberly Maurer of Wylie, TX; and sister Doris Prinkey of Lower Burrell, PA. A memorial service in Pittsburgh will be scheduled for a future date.
