About	Age 21, a WSU student, was killed in a vehicle accident near LaCrosse, Wash., Sat., Aug. 11, 2007. She was returning to WSU in Pullman for her fourth year of studies. She was born Dec. 23, 1985 in Colorado Springs, Colo., Air Force Academy Hospital, to Jeffrey and Naomi (King) Elliott. Cassey grew up in Western Washington and graduated from Auburn Riverside H.S. 2004. She participated in marching band all four years. She became a WSU student and majored in Veterinary Sciences. Recently, she switched her major to art, following in her grandmother's footsteps. Her minor was in foreign languages. She was a member of the Raptor Club and Anime club. Cassey is survived by her parents, Jeff and Naomi Elliott of Bonney Lake, WA, two younger sisters, Maureen and Claire, a paternal grandmother, Allean Elliott of Placerville, CA, and maternal grandparents Wm. and Ruby King of Aromas, CA. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Jerry Elliott. A memorial service will be held at the Hilltop Christian Center, 1016 S. 10th St., Tacoma, WA 98405 at 2:00pm, Sat., Aug. 25, 2007.
