Our Reunion is planned for the weekend of July 22nd and 23rd in the Odenton/ Ft Meade area. We are doing a casual Friday night, July 22nd from 7:00 to close in the back bar area at Jim's Hideaway. This event will be a come and go evening where each guest is responsible for their own food and drink consumption. We will have a Dinner/ Dance on Saturday July 23rd from 6:00 to 11:00 at Club Meade that is Business/ Dressy. Our theme is "A Night of Zen" it will be a dinner buffet with dancing and a cash bar. Dinner will be served from 7:00 to 8:00 SHARP, due to food safety issues. Saturday will be a ticket only event and NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR. If you have not pre-purchased a ticket you will not be allowed entrance into the facility.....You have to be on the guest list to be permitted access to Ft. Meade...no ticket no access... ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BY JULY 14th. YOU MUST HAVE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID TO GET ONTO FT MEADE. You will also have to tell them your name at the gate, show your ID and they will check it against the guest list they will have. Entrance is at the guard gate at Reece Road and Rt 175 ONLY! IF you are attending the FRIDAY EVENT, PLEASE let Steve know that also...we need to give Jim's a head count so they know how many to expect. Please include your contact information in your ticket so that we can get your tickets back to you and reach you in the event we need to get some last minute information out to you.
