A gymnastics standout in high school, Larry has pursued learning and mastering classical guitar and music as a whole with equal passion. Larry has earned a Master of Music degree as well as going on to complete a Doctor of Music Arts Degree in Composition/Theory in 1994.
Larry is a two-time winner of Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra Composition contests and his work has been premiered from Milwaukee to Paris and Italy!
Equally important is Mr. McDonald's contribution to the Great Lakes area and Hartland, WI community through Hartland Music, teaching and passing on a love of music and the arts to the next generation.
On behalf of the class of '76 it is an honor to give you a well-deserved place on our alumni Wall of Fame!
