He is survived by his children James and Meghan Gilligan of Foxborough, Kayleigh and Brian Foley of North Attleboro, and McKenna Gilligan of Dedham, and his loving partner, Patricia J. Brennan of Dedham. He is also survived by his sister Claire Gilligan Tremblay and four beautiful granddaughters.
