About	Karl Kjendal passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer. Karl was pastor of Good Shepherd Evangelical Church in Hurley, NY. He graduated from UMass Amherst in 1996 with a BA in History and English, Brown University in 1997 with an MA in History, and Concordia Theological Seminary in 2001, M. Div. He is survived by his wife, Sarah; two daughters; his parents, Roy and Sara; his four grandparents; a sister; and two brothers.
