About	Mark "Markos" Oliver, 26, of Fall River, formerly of Assonet, died Friday unexpectedly. Born in Fall River, son of James A. Oliver and Natalie (Arruda) Oliver, both of Fall River, he lived in Assonet for many years returning to Fall River four years ago. He graduated from Apponequet High School in 1988 and attended Bristol Community College. He was manager of the camera and video department of the former Save Rite Store and was employed by the Fall River Firefighters Memorial Museum where he instructed fire safety to area grammar school students. He later was manager of GAP stores in Newport and Brockton. More recently, he pursued a career in cosmetology, graduating from Lauretta's School of Cosmetology, East Providence in April 1996, and was employed by A Cut Above Beauty Salon in Fall River. At the time of his death, he was employed as an operator by AT&T in Fairhaven. He loved music and was working on an album of songs he had written and performed. He had recently won several talent contests as a singer.
