Simply a follow up to a post I did awhile aback - Still trying to find a girl named Morianella Somoia, I believe she attended years 92,93, or 94 - She once worked at UIllinois Masonic Medical Ctr on wellington in the Housekeeping Dept. Once lived on Montrose & Rockwell, close to California Park. Last place of employment was Alberta Culvert / Had a brother who lived in Rockford - We held something close and created something even more special / Any info as to her where abouts would be greatly appreciated or simply relay this message. James J. "Gush" McNair, suddenly; beloved father of Matthew; loving brother of
Margaret (Timothy) Briody, Patricia, the late Kathleen, Elizabeth and Daniel; loving son of the late Frances and James; dear friend of many. Visitation Tuesday, 3 to 9 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Rd. Funeral Wednesday, 9 a.m. to St. Viator Church. Mass at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated.

Ralph Kafesjian, class of '52
Ralph Kafesjian, passed away on May 3rd ,2008 after a long struggle with cancer. Upon graduating from Amundsen, he went on to Purdue University majoring in chemical engineering, completing his Ph.D. at University of Louisville. Throughout his career he worked in many biological areas contributing his scientific and mathematical expertise; culminating in bio-medical research as the Senior Edwards Scientist at Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, Ca.
He will be greatly missed by his three sisters, Norma, Nancy and Yvonne---all of whom attended Amundsen, as well as his three children, one grandchild and wife.
