Warren Stowell, born November 6, 1941, in Albert Lea, Minnesota, is a noteworthy American businessman, teacher, and politician. He graduated from Austin High School, situated in Austin, Minnesota, and went on to serve in the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964, contributing significantly to his country.

Pursuing his passion for knowledge, Stowell received his associate of arts degree from Austin Associate College and his bachelor's degree in history and education from Winona State University. He chose to share this passion with others by taking up the noble profession of a teacher in the Lewiston Public Schools, located in Lewiston, Minnesota.

Not content with just teaching, Stowell also immersed himself in the world of business, being actively involved in the building supplies business. His leadership abilities and dedication to serving his community led him to political service, and he served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1979 to 1982 as a member of the Republican Party.
