Graduate Marty Sixkiller is a Disney animator who has worked on PDI/Dream Works Animation projects including all the "Shrek" triology, "Madagascar," "Over the Hedge" and "Flushed Away".
The 1985 graduate has conducted guest lectures in Slidell, providing insight into the many aspects of animation.
Sixkiller has been a member of the PDI/DreamWorks Animation team for more than 13 years. He was the technical director for "Antz," "Shrek," "Shrek 2" and "Madagascar," and recently completed his role as a post-technology engineer for "Shrek the Third." One of his latest projects is "Bee Movie."
Sixkiller is a native of Slidell who attended Our Lady of Lourdes (K-8), Salmen High (9-12) and received a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design from Louisiana State University.
