Why can't I login with my account?
You might need to enable cookies in your browser before you can login (Instructions for switching cookies on are here). If you can't remember your password, you can use the password reset tool to solve this problem.
When I try to register it says my email address has already been used...
It is likely that you just tried to register, but didn't complete all the steps. If this is true then you will be able to login with those details that you entered.

My spouse and I have the same email address, how can we both register?
This site was set up to only allow one person per email address, to stop someone from registering twice by mistake. You could always set up a free e-mail address for your spouse, with a service like Yahoo mail for example.
How would I remove myself from this site?
To remove yourself from the site; Login and then click the "My Profile" link on the right hand side of the page; On the following page click the "Account" tab along the top, then scroll down to the bottom of the page that loads; You can remove yourself there.
How do I update my account or profile information?
To change any of your information, login and click the "My Profile" link on the right side of the page (at the top of the blue box); On the page which follows you will find options to update your profile info, login details, and profile images.
How can I post reunion details for my class?
Login in with your account, and then click this link; You will be able to post the info there.

Start by posting a message on the forums, for help and so that classmates can send in their information.

If you are having trouble logging into the site or registering, it could be because you have cookies disabled in your web browser. Visit this link for instuctions on how to enable cookies.
Why are my photo uploads not showing up?
Either the pictures are not approved yet, or they didn’t upload properly. If they are not up within a day, try reducing the size of the pictures and making them smaller. Then upload them again.
I am searching for an old classmate, how can I find them?
Unfortunately we are not able to hand out personal information and don't have access to the school's database. If they have not registered on this site, then we can not help you find them.
How can I get transcripts?
The Alumni Site does not have access to your transcript. Please contact the school or school district.
