October 20-25 is Homecoming Week!
Monday October 20 is Alumni Flashback Day (where we hope plenty of alums will come to visit the school and make donations to their favorite subject departments, the library or the school general fund). The students will be sporting their "Tacky" attire.
Tuesday October 21 is Cross-Dress Day
Wednesday October 22 is 70s Day
Thursday October 23 is Celebrity Look Alike Day
Friday is School Spirit Day with a Pep Rally 1:45 and the Homecoming Dance at 7:30
Saturday is the Homecoming Parade- on Clarendon Ave. 11am There will be tailgating in the parking lot from 1-6pm and the game is at 7pm
Many Avondale students have expressed a desire to have floats in the Homecoming Parade! If any alums have the skills and knowledge for float building, please contact me!
